After reading the long disclaimer at the start of this movie, one might almost expect this to more of a therapy tool that a porno flick. Patrick Collins is very careful to explain that this is a role-play movie and not an actual incest flick. It actually isn't an incest movie at heart. It's more of a “father figure” flick. The older men working with younger women thing is pretty common, but Collins has a knack for bringing out the sexual psychology at work. He's been doing it for years and it is one of the aspects that make his movies work. If past performance is any indication, Collins will wrap some step-cest into the mix and find a way to bring out the best in the performers he has working for him.

Aubrey Addams, Keisha & Mark Davis

Keisha brings her pretty daughter to a photographer for a photo shoot. It is a bit more provocative than the pigtailed blonde expects, but she wants to please. This is a really interesting movie with a few scenes that should not be missed. I am a big fan of lead-in and tease when it is done well and a few times here it is handled perfectly. A few of the scenes drag out the lead in and then seem short sexually. Keisha and Aubrey both play their roles perfectly in the opener, but after a tremendous build up, the actual sex feels cut short a bit. Charlotte's scene has some of those same issues, though in both instances I found myself really enjoying the way everything was shot. Naomi and Herschel do the step thing pretty well, but in this case it is the sex that carries the day. Perhaps the best combination of role play and actual sex comes in the finale. Sasha looks great, has an incredible body and provides the perfect combination of innocence and sexual heat. I think it is safe to say that she is on her way to big, big things. As for the movie, it's pretty damn good. Collins is walking a fine line between set up and sex and though I don't think it's quite perfect at all times, this “Daddy Thing” succeeds more often than it fails.
