Two Vivid reviews in one week? What the hell is going on around here? First came the Janine movie and now we have the directorial debut of B Skow. Briana Banks is the star and this might be the first time I've seen her in a Vivid flick. Skow is trying to do something difficult in the porn world. He's trying to make a scripted feature with a decent story without lame sex scenes that make us want to fall asleep. It isn't easy to do of course because features are somewhat limited by cable regs and such. On the other hand, I do believe that it's possible. It takes some work, the right cast and a director who isn't so caught up in making art that he (or she) forgets that most of the audience is tuning in to find something to jerk to. To that end Skow has made the right move by packing his cast with some great performers. In addition to Briana he has Katie Morgan, Flower Tucci and Rita Faltoyano to help carry the sexual load. That's an excellent start and if they are shot correctly will give us some good action to go along with the story.

Joel Lawrence is a frustrated B-Movie director with more than a few quirks. He also has a wife, Briana Banks, who is dying for some anal sex. Since Joel won't give it to her, she has to turn to other men for comfort. I haven't seen Briana in a while and she is as pretty as ever. It looks as if she has put a little meat on her bones so she has lost of the eating-disorder look. Her boy toy goes down on her and we get some great shots of those long legs up in the air as Briana waits for some hard meat. She hangs her head over the edge of the bed and sucks his dick. Daphne gets a shot at some vag before getting to the real fun, Flower's back door. The scene is a bit short to give both women the attention they deserve, but we get good action and some very nice cum swapping by the two nasty blondes.

Joel goes to pick up the limo for their big night out, but he hits it off with the always sexy Katie Morgan. She is working on a new disinfectant and that turns him on so much that he takes her right there on the couch. We often wonder if feature scenes can bring serious heat and this one certainly does. Katie is the perfect blend of great looks, sexual energy and believability. Joel stands over her and shoots his load all over her chest. I would rather not see it shot from between his legs, but that is a minor issue with another otherwise hot scene.

The guys hit the town and their plan works perfectly. Everyone at the premier thinks that Joel's friend is the famous porn star Tommy Gunn. He even convinces Rita Faltoyano and she responds to his presence by stripping and sucking in a booth at the bar. He warms her up with some finger play and she kicks off the action by licking his leather pants. Treating him like a rock star, Rita sucks his cock and invites her man to join the fun. If B Skow was looking to give us a solid feature with better than average sex then he has succeeded. The story is pretty simple, but it has a beginning, middle and an end. That alone makes it better than half of the features on the market. What really got my attention was the fact that the sex scenes really show great potential. They are perhaps a bit too short, but that is to be expected in a feature. It is also a good sign when we actually want to see more of the sex that a feature director has to offer. Briana gives us two anal scenes that show off her body nicely and are pretty solid stroke material on their own. More footage would be great because it's pretty damn good stuff. Katie's scene is outstanding. She looks better than ever these days and still fucks with gonzo energy which we love. Flower and Daphne give us a great three-way. So I like the plot, love some of the dialog and enjoyed the sex so much that I wanted more of it. That's pretty much everything we can hope for in a feature these days. Now if you will excuse me, I have to go ponder the logic of a guy NOT wanting to fuck Briana in the butt.
