Starring: A video from the late 80s, Shaved Pink stars Buffy Davis, Tami White, Jennifer Noxt, Liz Randall, Tanya Foxx (billed as Kim Pare), Scott Irish, Peter North, Marc Wallice, and Francois Papillon, with fine performances put in by all.

A pretty good movie: no problems with lighting, sound, editing, or any other subsidiary concerns which can turn an otherwise good plot or hot sex scene into an unviewable nightmare. Written and directed by Ron Jeremy, the film moves along briskly, from the initial set-up to the final fuck.

The sex scenes (six in all) are all well-shot, including anal, DP, and dildo (strap-on and double) performances. Plot-wise, the movie opens with Buffy and Scott having sex, whereupon Scott complains that her pussyhair is scratchy, making it uncomfortable to fuck her(!), and he convinces her to have anal sex instead. Afterwards, Buffy phones her friend Jennifer Noxt to describe everything. Jennifer gets excited hearing about it, which results in a sex scene with Marc Wallice and Tami White. There is a short segue to a shaving commercial starring Francois and Tanya Foxx (apparently Jennifer's favorite commerical[?!]), which in Jennifer's mind turns into an imagined suck and fuck between Francois and Tanya. All of this gives her an idea that will solve Buffy's problems with Scott: why not shave off her pussy hair?
The three subsequent sex scenes develop this plot: a lesbian threesome shaving-party (which includes a double-dildo as well), a side plot to seduce and entrap Scott into getting shaved as well, and finally, a reconciliation fuck between Scott and Buffy (which turns into a threesome). While the sex scenes are nothing volcanic, nor aerobic endurance-fucks, there aren't any irritating looping or going-through-the-motions scenes either, which might induce the viewer to fast-forward through them. Having said that, Shaved Pink is probably best for those viewers seeking to complete their collections of a given actress, or those who need a temporary break from watching all those hard-bodied, boob-jobbed, and pre-shaved starlets cavorting on their TV screens (see below).

Unlike more recent sex-vids, Shaved Pink's starlets are not all hard-bodied, or even cosmetically augmented. In fact, several are pleasantly curvy--even plumpish--which has a certain appeal in itself: there's a girl-next-door quality in watching them fuck. Moreover, as the title suggests, the video involves several of the girls getting their pubic hair shaved off; again, a nice departure from the usually already-shaved mons these days, and not unpleasant to watch, either.

Hard to say: while Shaved Pink is not a "must-see" video, any defects or detractions one might want to ascribe to it could arguably be made with most videos (e. g. , more sex scenes, more actresses, etc. ). I'll ignore the silly plot as something to complain about--that's usually a given for most sex-films. At most, I would have to say that the sex is at best just standard fare; don't expect anything too shocking or unusual.

Overall, Shaved Pink has much to commend itself. It's not a stellar film from the 80s, but it remains watchable even today--on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it an 7.
